Modesto Police make arrest in Feb 10 dual homicide case | Crime
MODESTO, CA - Modesto Police have made a second arrest in a week-old murder investigation.
Nicholas Spangler was arrested last night and charged with two counts of homicide.
Investigators say he and Robbie Blackwell are responsible for killing 15-year-old Rolando Luna and 19-year-old Andrew Ensey.
Both were shot in the 2400 block of Vera Cruz on Feb 10.
Blackwell was arrested on Thursday.
Both are being held in the Stanislaus County Jail.
